What we notice.

Short notes from our conversations with Danish companies. Dated, so you can see when we saw it.

  1. The question has moved from what to who

A year ago, leadership asked what AI can do. Now they ask who in the company should own it. That is a good sign: it means they are ready for a plan.

  2. Employees are further ahead than leadership thinks

In most first conversations it turns out that someone already uses AI every day on their own. That is not a problem to stop, but experience to collect.

  3. The first gain is rarely the one expected

Companies come to automate customer service and leave with a plan for something else entirely. The biggest hours are often in workflows nobody thought of as an AI task.
