The AI Potential Review takes 30 minutes. A full plan typically takes two to four weeks, depending on how many workflows we go through.
Do we need data ready?
No. We gather what we need in the conversations and in the systems you already have. Most of the effect can be calculated from hours and volume of enquiries.
What if the answer is that AI does not pay off for us?
Then we say so. A plan that recommends waiting in one area and starting in another is a good result.
Can we use the plan without you?
Yes. You own it, and it is written so another supplier could carry it out.
