Do we have to buy your own solutions to work with you?
No. Our own solutions are included when they fit the task; otherwise we choose partner technology or build to order. We choose technology for your need, not for what we have on the shelf.
What does it cost to get started?
The AI Potential Review is free: 30 minutes online, no preparation. The Plan has a fixed price, agreed after the review once we know the size of the task. Pilot and embedding are agreed after that.
How do you handle GDPR and sensitive data?
Customer data is stored in the EU under a data processing agreement. Sensitive data is processed only for a clear purpose and within your own guidelines, and you own both the data and the solutions. We also map which use cases fall under the AI Act and bring in legal advice from a partner when needed.
What about our employees?
That is the third battleground, and the one we take most seriously. We map which roles change, who needs to learn something new, and how leadership should communicate about it. The goal is employees who use the system every day, not employees who fear it.
Who are you for?
Companies with 20 to 500 employees that are too small for the large consultancies and too large to guess. Owner-led businesses, advisers with sensitive data, and service and hospitality companies are the ones we know best.
