Valiss Expert Network For the people we have asked to join

The people who make AI work.

Valiss guides SME companies from traditional operations to AI driven business. When a project needs your field, we call you.

No minimum hours
You are asked when your field is decisive. Not before.
No exclusivity
You keep your own practice and your own clients.
No fee
Valiss finds the projects and pays by the hour, project by project.
What the network is

A network of independent specialists that Valiss brings into client projects when their field is decisive. Members keep their own practice and their own clients. Valiss finds the projects, holds the client relationship and pays by the hour, project by project.

What it is not

Not an employment, not a retainer and not a sales channel. There are no minimum hours, no exclusivity and no fee. You are asked for your expertise, nothing else, and you say yes or no to each project as it comes.

Where you come in

Every project follows the same four steps.

The network is drawn on most in Plan and Pilot, and in Embed when the organisation needs training, communication or governance.

  1. 01 Valiss alone

    Target

A free assessment that finds the two or three places where AI gives the most for the least.

  2. 02 The network is used here

    Plan

Effects calculated, systems mapped, compliance settled before anything is built.

  3. 03 The network is used here

    Pilot

One process or one phone line, built into the systems the company already has.

  4. 04 The network is used here

    Embed

Training, guidelines and operation, so the organisation owns the result.

The work is not only advisory: Pilot and Embed also need developers and DevOps hands to build, integrate and run what is agreed. Which expert, and for how long, is settled per project.

How it works for you

Your expertise, on your terms.

Three steps, the same every time, designed to take as little of your time as possible outside the work itself.

  1. 01

    A brief

When a project needs your field, we send a short brief: the client, the question and the expected scope. You answer yes or no. A no is never held against you.

  2. 02

    The work

You work with the project lead Valiss has on that project and, where it makes sense, directly with the client. Valiss remains the contracting party. An NDA, and on relevant projects a non compete, is signed per project.

  3. 03

    The invoice

You invoice Valiss for your hours at the rate we agree when you join. Project by project, with nothing owed in between.

What you get.

Projects without the sales work.
We find the clients, scope the work and carry the commercial risk.
A profile on valiss.co
and the right to call yourself a member of the network.
A platform.
Publish under the Valiss brand, and be asked to comment when we secure coverage. Optional, always.
Peers.
Specialists in other fields who see the same projects from a different angle.

What we ask.

A current profile,
so we match you to the right work.
A clear answer
when a brief arrives.
Confidentiality
on the projects you join.
Straight talk on scope.
If a brief sits outside your field, say so, or point us to someone who fits. That is worth more to us than a yes.
Who is in the network

Three battlegrounds. One network.

Every Valiss project is fought on three fronts: competitiveness, implementation and people. The network is built around the same three, so that a single project can draw on all of them. The lists are examples, not boundaries.

01 Business

Competitiveness

How should we use AI to stay competitive?

  • Industry specialists who know the floor: hospitality, trades, logistics, retail, public administration
  • Finance and business cases
  • Strategy and operations consultants
  • Procurement and public sector advisers
02 Technology

Implementation

How does the strategy become something that works every day?

  • IT security and audit: ISO 27001, ISO 42001, risk assessment
  • Law: GDPR, the EU AI Act, data processing agreements
  • Telephony and SIP, contact centres, call flows
  • Developers and DevOps: build, integrate, operate
  • Integration and data engineers
  • System specialists in ERP, POS, PMS and CRM
  • Governance and AI policy
03 People

People

What does AI mean for employees, leadership and organisation?

  • Change management
  • Training and enablement, prompt libraries, internal guidelines
  • HR and labour law
  • Internal communication
  • Leadership advisers and coaches
  • PR and external communication

And the ones we have not thought of.

If your field is not named above, it does not mean it does not belong. Some of the most useful additions are the ones we did not know we needed. If you know someone who should be in the network, tell us. Membership is by invitation, and a referral from a member counts.

Write to hello@valiss.co

Based anywhere.

Members work from wherever they are. Most projects today are in Denmark and the Nordics and are delivered remotely. On site work is agreed per project, never assumed.

Your rate is set by you and agreed with us when you join. It applies to every project unless we agree otherwise for a specific one.

Your profile

Your profile on valiss.co.

Every member gets a profile in the Valiss design, a page that is yours to point to. Our design team builds it; you only send the material.

    Muhammad Junaid

    AI engineering and product engineering

I’m a forward deployed engineer who turns AI plans into working software inside the systems a company already runs. Across 7+ years I’ve owned products end to end, from spotting the opportunity and designing the experience to building, shipping and supporting them in production. I work embedded with client teams rather than behind a delivery layer, and I push back when there’s a simpler path. Today I build LLM powered features and agentic workflows, with a clear view of where AI genuinely improves the work and where it only adds noise.

    • AI agents and LLM powered features, from pilot to production (Claude API, Agent SDK, MCP, RAG)
    • Integrating AI into existing systems, including legacy stacks
    • Full stack build across React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js and Python
    • Small, locally hosted models for workflows where data cannot leave the company

Full stack product development and practical AI integration

I’m a full stack developer with a UX and UI background. I build practical applications from product flows and interfaces through backend logic and databases. My work includes a production pawn management system and Potter Mobile+, an e-commerce and buyback platform with a Flutter app for iOS and Android. I use Claude and other AI coding tools throughout development, review and test the final implementation, and have integrated the Claude API into a staff assisted pricing feature.

    • Full stack web and mobile applications
    • Business workflow systems and internal tools
    • UI and UX implementation
    • AI assisted development and LLM integration

AI transformation and digital strategy for SMEs

I’ve been COO at Trust Box since 2019 and have worked with IT security, software and marketing since 2016. When AI arrived for real, I took our own operations through the transformation we now guide other companies through: finding where the time went and building solutions for it, from AI agents and automated workflows to the integrations and data foundations that keep them running in production. I’m an SMV:Digital Advisor approved by the Danish Agency for Digital Government and work with the business first, technology as the tool and people along the whole way.

    • AI potential reviews and prioritisation
    • AI strategy and business cases for SMEs
    • IT security and GDPR safe AI
    • Voice and customer service agents in production

I’m listed in SMV:Digital’s adviser database, so Danish SMEs can apply for a government grant covering 50 % of my fee when a funding round is open. Read more at SMV:Digital

IT security and business solutions advisory

I have advised Danish companies on IT security and business solutions at Trust Box since 2021; backup and disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS), endpoint security and secure operations, from the first meeting until the solution runs. I translate between the technology and what the company actually needs, and say so clearly when something is not worth the money. At Valiss I work as a consultant on AI projects where security has to be in place before anything is built, and where the client must be able to trust what goes into production.

Engineering leadership, mobile architecture and application security

I’m a software engineering leader specialising in cross platform mobile architecture (Flutter and Dart), distributed frontend systems and bank grade application security. I build cross functional engineering teams from scratch, set up high trust execution frameworks and mentor developers. I lead the complete product lifecycle from architectural design to production delivery, with scalable, high performance systems, high test coverage and robust engineering standards.

    Bo Kristensen

    AI advisory for hospitality

I have worked with software for hotels and restaurants for more than ten years, at the booking platforms Chope and EZTABLE, where I ran partnerships with 300+ restaurants and five and six star hotel groups across Asia. I know the daily reality of general managers, spa and food and beverage leaders from the inside: bookings, table plans, guest data and the systems that must work together. With a computer science background and 30+ years across Europe and Asia, I help hotels and restaurants find where AI makes a difference in operations, and make it work in the systems they already run.

    • AI in hotel and restaurant operations
    • Bookings, guest data and systems that work together (PMS, POS, reservations)
    • Hospitality SaaS: from pilot to rollout across groups
    • Hotel groups in Southeast Asia and Europe
